North HIlls, Lincoln Hills loop. Pretty shitty conditions. With warming trends, exposures, and rain was expecting more slush than ice. Got the opposite. Definitely slow and dicey. Should have turned around to swap out shoes for the spikes.

Urban cruise. Keeping it mellow and easing back in. Trying to get out without triggering pain in the foot. Flat, even roads seem to work alright, just not nearly as enjoyable. Still good to get moving again.
