Cycling (MTB Orienteering) 1:00:00 [3] 14.0 km (14.0 kph)

Slipped out to Hilton Falls with Flatfoot for some Bike-O. Forgot how rocky, or as some say, technical, those side trails are, especially while trying to read a map.

Paddling (Kayak) 31:00 [4] 3.0 km (5.8 kph)

At the cottage. Kept Flatfoot's tempo in my head the whole way...touch, touch, touch, touch... Worked pretty hard.

As punishment for not working out much lately, I made myself climb all of the hills in the big chainring. And riding out 15 side road, there is no shortage of hills. Bottom of my feet were burning at the end of the ride due to all the nice fresh and tender skin that has recently been growing there.

100 Ring Push-up Workout
Haven't done this one in a while and I've been itching to do something since my feet haven't let me run or ride. This is a great workout, doesn't take long and hard as hell to do some of the moves. I find my core gets as good of a workout as my shoulders and arms.

Foot Update - Still hobbling, possibly becasue i've been unable to get off my feet much in the last 7 days. Wounds are still oozing a bit (That's for you SistaP!) Now that I'm home for a few days, I'll get some no feet required activites done (weights, paddling)

Had a couple of Plantar Warts lasered off my feet today. One I've had for 10+ years, pretty deep. It's going to keep me from running for at least a week while the gapping hole closes up.
