Everything seems to be good except for my shoulder blades - man, it's stiff. So stiff that I can not put the Skin pack on. :P

Decided to go slow and loosen things up. 2 km from house to Lake Aquitaine Loop, did the circuit (2 km) but avoided the check ups, 2 km home. Actually felt better after a light work out.
