Sulphur Springs relay. Awesome run! Got the last leg, which meant cold temps and a headlamp, but it worked out great, considering I haven't been training for 2.5 weeks or so! Cruised most of the hills, barring the last 10m of the hill that goes to the farmer's field. Managed the down hills well, and only ate shit once!

Very happy with the time considering the injury!

First full, outdoor soccer game in a long time. This was harder than I remember! Ankle still bugging me... Hoping for a recovery this week.

Running/walking the HRT with KJ and B. Only counted the running on my watch. Mostly a bad combination of underfed, and unhealed injuries made it rough. And the rain/hail combo we had at multiple times!

Pretty terrible run in terms of how it felt. End of a very stressful week, with general malnutrition and lack of sleep meant it was always going to feel crappy. Man, what a beauty day for an afternoon run through High Park though!

Cherry blossoms are out in full splendour, as are the tour-ons with their cameras. Quite a mob of people at a few sections.
