Long hard session. Crumbled under my last squat set but got away pretty unharmed which was lucky.

Orienteering 1:15:00 [3] 12.1 km (6:12 / km)

Järla's tiomila night test. Absolutely shattered from this mornings training, took it quite easy apart from a few track option smash fests.
