The 2 usual bikes were both in use (someone just beat me to my usual bike), so I had to use the bike in the entryway that is advertising this month's fundraiser. This was the course of the week, so I went with it. I had done this route twice before, in 2013 and 2016, so I set the ghost to the 2016 version, but I put him in my rear-view very quickly (ended up 2:59 ahead). Then I noticed that one of the other bikes was on the same course and a little behind me. He gained on me for a bit on the downhill first half, but he faded on the second half. I see that he wound up 1:15 slower overall.
