Having not run for 3 days and having not felt hamstring pains for the past couple of days, I optimistically thought it might have healed and decided to run in. Alas, after around 5 minutes the pain re-emerged and I opted instead for a commuter duathlon. At times approaching Stratford the pain was becoming so bad that I was considering getting on the tube or a bus, but ultimately managed to make it to Bow Church and get a Boris Bike there.
