My L glute area was a bit sore yesterday post the Birnam c3k hill exercise and today the L glute and inside L groin is very sore, and the L hip joint was quite crunchy during circuits damn. I've noticed since the summer the L hip has been a bit crunchy when doing things like "rowing" exercises, so may have been building for a while, but was a bit extra crunchy today.
Urgh another thing for the mix. Good motivation to get into the local physio.
