easy run. Plan to shoot air rifle Wednesday night since the two air rifles I am interested in purchasing arrived. The manufacturer will let me try both of them with no pressure to buy either one. They are still in the box so I will be the first to try both of them.

Running race 42:13 [3] 10.0 km (4:13 / km)

ran about a 3.5 effort. Very cold morning after being in all of the warmth and sunny days. Had to wear a winter jacket to even warm up since I was so cold. race had 4200 finished 158th overall, 19th women and third master. Only seemed to have one speed. 5K in 20:48 and slower back since now it was very spread out so got stuck a lot fighting the wind alone. More speed workouts and a few long runs will certainily drop this time. Don't want to peak that soon anyways. Closet time to Win Persina another master runner that is top ranked. Second in age group just the two of us could not bear the cold any longer. Hopefully they will mail the gift certificate. Briefly ran beside the Mayor. Team finished third out of 49 just edging out the fourth place team by 20 seconds.

with all of the running around this past weekend motivated to go since I was on a team. they needed one women to finish for it to count. warmed up with my winter jacket on since I just left the warmth and I was really cold. Ended up keeping myself moving almost until the start just to stay warm. Some stretching. afterwards jogged again and quickly put all the clothes back on. this only helped so much since both of us were really cold again. took a REALLY long shower to finally heat up and napped. A little tired for the travel and work of the past week, but nearly was I was expecting.

Shooting 1:15:00 [1]

zeroed prone and did some biathlon training. shot a lot standing intially only 505 and with the last 60 rounds shot 80% hitting a lot of 8, 9 and 10's. Had to shoot on the other side so a lot more noisy just the lighting is way better. Cleaned my gun afterwards and realized I let it get WAY to dirty before cleaining.

after setting my zero ran 4 X one mile with four shooting stops. Hit 4 and 4 prone and 2 and 2 standing. traveled back from Florida all the more time to train.

shot 150 rounds total. After being away from it for a week thought it would really fall apart. Shot the first five shots prone through the 10. Worked a lot on standing doing really well with this also. Allowed to shoot alone on the pistol range so quiet just the lights are burning out quickly again so slightly dark. beat the shoulder up a tad.

with heavy rains in the area quickly very wet including the shoes only making them heavier.

Running tempo 15:00 [2] 2.1 mi (7:09 / mi)

found my pace on the track and ran the rest on the road. Really happy with how I felt. Strange feeling to constantly be running on flat terrain. I think this is somewhat harder since I am so used to climbing and dropping. Rains finally stopped once I started to cool down. Wore a hat since the rains were strong and blowing in my face.

easy in between the fast. Alternated three mins fast with three mins rest.

Walking 30:00 [1] 2.0 mi (15:00 / mi)

walked to the library and back with my Dad. Stopped to read for a while at the library before returning.

Yard work 15:00 [1]

after the storm cleaned up the yard. worked for 30 mins to get the leaves etc. since there were high winds. Other places in Florida had tornado warning so at times the winds were really strong.

yard clean up.

ran to the library and back.

Running 59:00 [1] 7.0 mi (8:26 / mi)

ran on trails some of which at times was really sandy so the leg twisted around a bit enough on two occasions to make my knee twinge. Saw one deer and lots of different birds. Also saw lots of track including deer, lizards, birds, dog and racoon.

more yard clean up. In reality worked 1.5 hours just don't want to overinflate attackpoint log.

Weightlifting 15:00 [1]

leg work with ankle weights and free weight for some shoulder lifting.
