1 hr off day run. Feeling abnormal run down after yesterdays workout. Very thirsty through the day. Body aches.

Running 1:05:00 [3] 13.0 km (5:00 / km)

Warm-up loop, tempo loop (9:37), active, tempo loop (9:55ish), 100m brazillian (3:25), tempo loop (10:30 death way under tempo couldn't get moving). 15 CD outside. Stretch, Roll, Iced up to calves.

Good workout today. Kicked my ass much more than I would of liked to see based of the result. But it's a starting point for the season and I'm excited to get back on the track.
