(Mostly) flat canal run, easy run to feel jog on an out and back route. Lashing with rain, Legs felt great, no issues, although still clearing a bit of rubbish from chest in the latter part of run!

Helped to mark the 10 route of race in Whinlatter forrest, so a bit stop starty running at a very leisurely pace, some nice gentle (short climbs). Very easy session on great trail/forrest paths.

Run to work, short leg loosner at easy pace. No issues

Run home from work. Felt heavier legged and more tired than this morning. So just ran to feel and kept it very easy and comfortable. Rucksack not as heavy. No issues otherwise all ailments seem to have cleared.

Easy run to work, attempted to keep HR at about 141, took 15 mins for HR monitor to settle. Suprised to see 8.25 pace at 141hr. So even more confused now, will keep at it in order to get a better picture over time. Legs feel ok, still a bit heavy, DOMS now gone, no calf or ankle problems.

Slower than this morning and HR inconsistant again, however once warmed up, was running 8.40 at 138HR. Had a 2kg rucksack this morning, but lighter rucksack this evening. Legs ok, if not heavy.

Easy run, tummy still not settled from race (I don't think) and got caught short during run! Anyhow, DOMS ok, didn't think i'd settle into this run as easily as I did. Completed stride outs at the end following a gentle stretch and again, legs feeling ok.
