Weather shite again, so did Snowdon hill reps as no nav needed and know I can get the vert in the time, although again shy of the goal. Legs felt slow to warm up and tired for second rep, however again, once warm no issues and no soreness. Again disappointed about the continual stopping for breath and faff, again having to let the Lactic/ache dissipate before I can go again, so 4hrs moving time and 30 mins faff.

Legs only slightly tired and no soreness. Took an hour to warm up, Weather 100x better, cloud free summit although a bit blowy and cold on the tops. Otherwise, did what I wanted to do yesterday. No issues and a productive run, shy on the vert again, and only spend 3hr 45 moving time, again the rest was faff. Stop starting, map reading, fueling, jackets on/off and stopping for breath and letting lactic dissipate.. faff

Clagg down, difficult to see and the rain was incessant. Very cold and ended up abandoning the intention to get to Y Garn and turned around to get off the mountains. Disappointed that I didn't get the hours or climbs in. Spend only about 2.45 hours actual moving time, the rest was faff. Otherwise, puffing and panting on any slight incline, but legs felt good.

Easy trail run, slight DOMS however just aching quads more than full on DOMS. No issues during run, weather great, makes it soooo much easier to get out there.

Easy run, changed to the evening as wanted a lie in as didn't get back from Wales until late. Legs feeling tired and stiff, however no DOMS as such which is great. Just a little bit of soreness felt when running small inclines. No other issues.
