I was gonna run just to check how my shin was. It was better than I expected, so I ran as usual. Went to Yamashita Park, by running through Yamate town, and came back home. My shin is still dodgy but not as bad as yesterday.
My shin still hurt before running but I thought it was fine. It turned out to be worse during the running, then I stopped after 10 minutes. Not only this time but every time I run frequently, my left shin starts to hurt. I don't even know why. My awkward running posture might damage my shin because this has happened too often since five or six years ago. I need to deal with it.
