Was about to run Scottish Middles but 10 mins before departure opted out after a few sneezes risking being kicked out of the bus on the way there. Five minutes later found out that there's a hounds session on the track starting in ten so changed plans fairly quick.

Had my breakfast an hour before so my stomach was acting out of character but still happy with the session.
