ski mountaineering. nice one. easy and chilly with a very nice group of orienteers! :) surprised how high the hr climbs on "walking only". ok the 155 max are from a try to run with the skis! ;)

wup and cdown for the first regional o competition this year - nice! :)

Orienteering race 32:32 [5] 8.26 km (3:56 / km) +90m 3:44 / km

first regional o comp this year. could win it in the end but managed to miss a control by 90s which is actually not really acceptable.

anyway, happy with the win and i knew before i have a lot of work to do technically^^

ps: dunno how exact the k's are. tried to measure it but ... ya ... not sure about the accuracy!

easy one again up to the forest. first gravel road to the left. some snow there but not too bad. and down at the ruin which was very bad to run because of the snow...!

everything melts now. water everywhere. some roads turned into rivers! incredible.
