scones presents etc...mid-afternoon, over to the woods w G & step-mom, up to the grocery store (closed) & home thru the snow-trenches... Xmas dinner chez dad-in-law, much hilarity, excellent Christmas!!

walking 12:00 [1] 0.6 km (20:00 / km)

picked up parents at the ferry terminal - monster snow - back from the corner grocery (whooot! I scored a litre of Earth's Choice organic olive oil, the best olive oil in the world which induces riots & fisticuffs in the grocery aisle plus vicious glares at those people who manage to snatch up 6 bottles as soon as it gets stocked on the shelf & slink hastily over to the checkout, rat-finks!!). plus a quick dusk-and-yet-more--snow-fallling walk around Sandborne, G galloping along the snow-trenches, goggling at the cheerful Christmas Eve snow-shovellers, very festive & neighborly.

Tuesday Dec 23, 2008 #

walking 24:00 [1] 1.2 km (20:00 / km)

extended around-the-block - G happy in the snow.

Monday Dec 22, 2008 #

Sunday Dec 21, 2008 #

walking 46:00 [1] 2.3 km (20:00 / km)

fabulous winter-wonderland walk around the neighborhood w falling snow, so quiet & all the trees done up like christmas cards - G played & played & played in the snow, it was almost up to her chest. really quite tired afterwards. Met Shelly & Bilbo and a freakish little min-pin thing.
