In 2 week non running period so wasn't going oing, but couldn't find my bike stuff to go biking, shame about the oing as it looked cool and tough

Should have gone training as knew wouldn't get anything done tomorrow, but Claire had started moving and it was bloody freezing outside so took the first load out to the new place

After work ride at the Bike Park, I dont think the tracks there have ever been this PRIMO!!!!!!!!!! Was up early again so went to work so I could go riding in the day light. Claire came too but only lasted the first hill. I felt bloody awesome and was cruising, then put in a effort up the avanti hill, wasn't really going for it but think its a pb in 6:18 (dont ever remember going under 7min before) Man that was fun.

Another morning ride, after jetlag and Claire woke me up early, and it was even more nippier than yesterday. Went up around the ridge and back through the village, still feeling pretty buggered. Dropped down through Paremoremo Stream and it was like entering the ice age, bloody hell

Morning ride, was still a bit nippie, and still not feeling too flash, much better to actually be outside on the bike rather than on the wind trainer

Still feeling like crap, bloody jet lag, and I also hurt my shoulder in a heavy fall I took yesterday.
