Lunchtime run, felt ok at the start then felt dilarous and cut it short. don't think i'd eat or drunk enough

Lap of ashton court & 50 acre wood, Got the fork working a bit better, stacked it quite early on, and had to stop a few times to repair some damage (to the bike).

Light run round airfield, stopped for some streching in the hot sun, nice, more streching afterwards, was what I intended to do yesterday before work went a bit nuts. Felt good.
