Set off quite easily. Feeling good most of the way really.
Could've pushed harder, especially on the last downhill. Dom Raby went past me and I could've gone with him. Had Berlin in the back of my mind and didn't want to damage my muscles any more than I already had.
25th place.

Recce of Corridor Route with Mark Saunders and Rich W.
Parked at Wasdale Head Green. Up Lingmell Nose to Scafell Pike. North onto the scree and down to the Corridor Route. Didn't quite go up to Sty Head, ran down the valley back to the car as it started to get a little dark. Drove alongside England's deepest lake, went up it's highest mountain and ran past it's smallest church.
Hardly needed a recce but was good fun!
Made a little video of scree running.
