Running 1:30:00 [3] 13.7 mi (6:34 / mi)

Progression run on cleversburg loops. 10 minute warmup, 25 minutes easy, 25 minutes moderate, 25 minutes comfortably hard and 5 minute cooldown. My paces for each section were generally 7:00-6:50, 6:20-6:30, 5:50-6:10. I was tired but not too bad. It's a good thing I'll be taking a day off tomorrow.

Ran on my 12 minute loop at duck pond in order to get my legs well recovered and give them good strength. I felt pretty good all things considered

20x400 @75-78 on same time recovery. We had to do these on the track since the rec fields are flooded once again. It felt incredibly easy. It never really got difficult which is good because I remember this workout being quite tough last year.

Rail trail this morning. My body just doesn't seem ready to run faster than this in the morning. Oh well it was a workout.

Running 50:00 [3] 7.0 mi (7:09 / mi)

A new weird loop with Gillette, Schelander, and Evans. I felt pretty heavy. That would make sense. Sprint drills before and a lift afterwards

This was a surprisingly easy workout. I was really dreading it because a year ago I wrote that it was really difficult. The workout was 6x2k@6:41-6:53. The first 800 @ 2:48-:53, 2nd 800 @ 2:38-:43, and last 400 @75-77.

We did this on the rec fields paved path so maybe that made it easier. At any rate I felt like I could've done 12 more of these. I felt like I was jogging out there.

Fogelsonger-Old Mill loop. My legs are always so sore in the morning it's amazing. By 10 minutes in it disappears and I'm ready to roll.

Running 50:00 [3] 7.1 mi (7:03 / mi)

Scooter loop with 6x20/40's and a lift afterwards.

Easy morning run on the duck pond trails. I felt pretty good.

Easy out and back on the rail trail. Dustin said I was looking much more trim this year as compared to last year. That was nice to hear... and boosted my ego a good bit.
