Running race (Footpath Relay) 35:21 [5] ** 6.5 km (5:26 / km) +140m 4:55 / km
ahr:202 max:216 shoes: New Balance Trail

Ran leg 9 which was the 2nd to last on our direction, started 6th and ended just ahead of 7th, don't know how far behind they started.
MDOC finished 6th out of 7
hadn't reccied it so had to stop a few times to work it out from the instructions

MDOC wednesday run at the gregory's house
Ran with my Dad, Alice and Tony, we started off with Eddie and steve but after the first bit they dropped back

Running warm up/down 5:00 [1] 0.2 km (25:00 / km)

Ran up and down with some dynamic stretches and then some static stretches

Macclesfield forest evening event
map really needs updating but where i made my mistakes the map was fine as far as i know
no.7 i just din't move fast, so could not tell how far i had gone because of all the winding aroud in the trees and then went up the wrong ride into the control (took me 10:29 for that leg)
No.3 i got onto a spur too far along and had to go back
