Monday Mar 1, 2010 #

Walking 50:00 [1] 2.5 mi (20:00 / mi)
shoes: Reebok Trail Crossback

Morning walk down to Einstein Brothers and back.

Swimming 30:00 [3] 0.5 mi (59:59 / mi)

So I plunked down the cash for a spring pass at the Roeland Park Aquatic Center. Have to use it 31 times to justify the purchase.

Swam 4 x 200 tonight. The first and last 200 were breaststroke, the middle 400 crawl. Felt fine cardio-wise, but the front of my shoulders got pretty tired.
