A last minute decision to run around Rundle...Started from home, ran up the hill to the nordic centre, then followed Banff Trail all the way to...you guessed it...Banff! Popped out at the Banff Springs Golf Course, which takes you around the West end of Rundle. Returned East via Goat Creek Trail. Was cruising until the 3hr mark, and then the legs started feeling the abuse- I suffered for the last 1hr but made it down the hill to the river for a good cold leg soak in the Bow. The last 1km home was a slog...
I'm sore now...suppose that will teach me for doing close to 4.5hrs after a week of doing barely nothing!
