Strength 30:00 [3]

Back in the gym...Got this workout from Matt Hart - 6 exercises X 20 repetitions X 5 sets = 600 reps. Added 30min of stairmaster for warmup/down to the workout - as good as it gets for an indoor workout!

Trail Runnning 30:00 [3]

Not quite trailrunning...Philly's trail 'Stairmaster' version...

Road Biking 2:45:00 [2]

Long solo road ride to the top of Sunshine and back...left a little treat on slice's car as she played guide to Phatty and Leanimal in the rockie mountains.

Easy ride w/ MC to Minnewanka - tired from travel...

Note

Does sitting on my ass for 18hrs count? Should be the same as yoga no...?

Then drank a copious amount of RBV's and dance my face off for another 10hrs...A great recovery workout!

Trail Runnning 50:00 [1]
shoes: Salomon XT Wings SLAB

First run...verdict: Not bad - not sure if I could feel the bursitis at the tail end of not..might just be paranoid. Will test it out again tomorrow pm.

Trail Runnning 50:00 [1]
shoes: Salomon XT Wings SLAB

Easy run along Lac Annecy - flat but nice out/back...Body felt like lead, which is somewhat expected after 2 weeks of no running. Knee is average - feel like I still need to lossen up some tighness in there- no pain, but some hint of irritation...either way, not what i had hoped for.

skiing 2:30:00 [1]

Just happened to be at the right place, and right time...

Ski testing some new boards on a glacier in Tignes, France - I know, I know...a tough job, but someones has to do it! We actually had a lot of comparison tests to do and luckily we had a good leader to keep everyone in check and on time-

Couldn't of asked for a better day as conditions were almost perfect - almost wintery actually...

Tested some new zero bases (waxless skis), some new prototype classic skis, and the new LAB classic binding which will complement the current Pilot Equipe Classic bindings that has been having icing issues in specific conditions. The new binding is flawless - but that's all I can say...

Can't wait until winter!

Note
(rest day)

Rest day today after all the travel - Felt like i 'should' get out for a run, but I was so stiff from travel that I didn't want to take the chance to hurt the knee. Instead, I just went for a long walk (with a few pint breaks along the way) and a good stretch. Will see what tomorrow brings...
