Sunday meet from P5 in Gatineau Park. Fun course and nice open woods. Made two mistakes overshooting controls on slopes. Took the running easy because I wasn't feeling great.

Technical training at Carleton U. Did 3 ~1km loops then a 2.8km course. Picked-up some flags after.

OOC running training at the Experimental farm. All of it on the roads apart from the warm-up. Did a 600m, 2400m, 1300m, 1100m, 600m with lots of rest between each.

Intervals at March Highlands. Did an old training course with a bunch of ~800m intervals. The woods were fabulous.
