Monument course
race went well, lost a bit of momentum on some of the descents and failed to take full advantage of the run over the open mountainside. Colm, Matthew & Mark missed the wall crossing out of the forest and i should've pushed the pace on. Colm crossed the wall just ahead of me with the others close behind. i then lost the race to get to the rock and as it's then all downhill and with some technical stuff through the trees had to settle for 7th.
