Running 21:15 [3] * 3.1 mi (6:51 / mi)
slept:7.5 weight:145lbs shoes: Asics Gel-1150

Just a quick 5k run, not a practice race though. I was going to work at the summer celebration soon, and I didn't have much time after I got out of work. Planning on a long run tomorrow though.

Swimming 1:00:00 [3]
(injured)

Went to a friends house for a pool party and I have to say there were some pretty intense water basketball games! We swam from more than an hour, but if you add up the total time actually using a fair amount of muscle it probably came to about an hour. I also checked injury because my shin muscles are really bothering me. I think it's time for new shoes.

Went on a run with Justin Reed, felt good except he lieks to speed up at the end of his run which I don't like!!!

Biking hills 25:30 [4] *** 9.25 mi (21.8 mph)
slept:6.5 weight:145lbs

First cross-training day, and was a great workout for my quads. I went on a very hilly bikeride on blacktop after the heavy rain. Felt great!

Running long 58:30 [3] * 7.1 mi (8:14 / mi)
slept:9.0 weight:145lbs shoes: Asics Gel-1150

Went out on a run with Alex Merritt. Pretty easy, except I realized it was way to hot by 11AM to run, gotta go earlier.

For some reason, my big toe is rubbing against my 2nd toe while I run, and now I have huge blisters on them.
