Run 1: Easy 2.5 hour trail run. Due to rain for the last two days I had to do this on the C&O canal, not single track and not that hilly. Started the run in the rain and finished in the snow.

Run 2: 50:00 - 60:00 flat progression run on TM. Got up to about 8:15 pace and decided that was enough! Legs are fine but perhaps not fresh.

Run 3: 30:00 easy flat run, finishing with a few flat gradual strides to test out your legs. Legs and hip muscles tight and a little sore. Ran about 11:00 pace with a few strides. All in all felt fine - just need some more recovery time and loosening.
