running (Trail run) 2:35:00 [3] 14.07 mi (11:01 / mi)
Run 1: Easy 2.5 hour trail run. Due to rain for the last two days I had to do this on the C&O canal, not single track and not that hilly. Started the run in the rain and finished in the snow.
Run 3: 30:00 easy flat run, finishing with a few flat gradual strides to test out your legs. Legs and hip muscles tight and a little sore. Ran about 11:00 pace with a few strides. All in all felt fine - just need some more recovery time and loosening.
