Dialed the pace on both back a little and did 30 min of b and 25 min of d. Still seemed like an adequate workout. :)
Run 3: Longer than normal combo workout (but shorten as needed). Marathon Hill+ Marathon Flat combined workout. Fine to do the 5:00 flat recovery/35:00 flat MP/5:00 flat cool-down outside btw.
a. 5:00 warmup of easy flat running.
b. Run 35:00 up a 4% hill at 10:15 Pace.
c. Run 5:00 flat/easy pace.
d. Then run 35:00 flat at 9:05 Pace.
e. 5:00 of easy flat running for your cool-down.
