Orienteering race 1:57:30 [3] **** 13.1 km (8:58 / km) +325m 7:59 / km

MOR event at Culbin. Beautiful day and forest. Problems with legs for first few (~7). Then ok for a bit. Then cramping up and just completely drained at end. Only had a bowl of cereal pre-race as I had hoped to get something at the arena but there wasn't anything on offer when I arrived. There were cakes and juice afterwards fortunately!

Didn't really do this justice at all and still made some silly errors whilst going slowly. Enjoyable though.

Was feeling very tired but wanted to test out my new racket (was ok, still needs adapting to). Had a good stretch beforehand but calves kept cramping up throughout and my movement was certainly hampered.
Rest tomorrow, and need to start running some more in the week so it isn't a shock when it comes to a race at the weekend.
