I wanted one last good hill session before Whistler. I found Mount Bouchere which was just 3km from our hotel in Kelowna. So ran there and played around for 2 hours. On my last decent I ran into Kway and Aubrey climb up to the peak, so I ran to the bottom and up again to finish the climb with them. Click stopped when I met up with them again. We had a snack at the top and hiked down together. A shower and swim back at the hotel and then we were off to a but farm and some wineries.

Last session at Chicopee until WAM. Although I'm hoping to do one or two sessions out in Kelowna next week. Legs were tired from the last 2 weekends of long runs, but I matched a normal workout (9 hill repeats, running all of them). So feeling good about this.

Nice ride this morning. A bit cool, but didn't need gloves. It's now dark when I start. I think once I'm back from Whistler I'll switch to the mountain bike for morning rides so I'm not on roads while the sun comes up.
