Sprint at Australind. Started real sloppy in some technical school, but got better as the race went on.

Orienteering 13:19 [5] 2.8 km (4:45 / km)

Backed up the long with the medium, flowed a lot better on this

6x800 w 90sec recovery at the grass track. Told to step up with the big boys and keep it at 3min pace, but struggled, especially though the middle couple. Still chuffed with this set, great evening for it. My arms felt a little sore, probably from a bit more vball than I'm used to, but also a big ask to hold these guns up all day.
