First run using loosening exercises before and stretching afterward. The second practicing the new form focuses. Today: Column, lean, picking up feet/soft footfall. Felt like I was in sync for about 20 minutes in the middle of the run. It sounds funny, because I'm pretty slow, but with this new thing, I have trouble regulating my speed. I'm definitely moving faster than I was before, but I'm also feeling it afterward. It will take some time.
