What time period is your Pt Adelaide demise predicted?
What other areas are in danger?
I had a friend who sold from 1 street back in Henley Beach in fear of sea level change.

It's not so much that the area will vanish beneath the waves, more that the frequency of flooding will become so high that buildings will be become unmaintainable (and uninsurable, which in turn means no bank will lend for them).

The built-up area most at risk is actually not the immediate waterfront, it's the area behind the coastal dunes extending south from the Port River towards West Lakes - see the map on p99 of https://www.adaptwest.com.au/sites/adaptwest/media.... The red zone here, with sea level rise (timing wasn't clear but I suspect it's 2100) would flood on what's known as "highest astronomical tide" (the highest tide of a "normal" year with no additional contribution from storms) and the green zone would flood in a 1-in-50 year storm event under a similar scenario.

Port Pirie is even more vulnerable, and would probably have experienced major flooding in the September 2016 storm had it come at high tide.
