Why not put it all down?
People put all the time down when they hill walk for 6 hours for example, they just put it as a 1 or 2 on effort level.

I'd stop short of putting down walking to school or soemthing like that. But anything more intensive i think should go down.

naa coz I try to not over estimate how much I train coz I dont want a way big graph for some weeks but not others, I only recently started counting football at all.

For me, one of the things about keeping a log is that i find it useful to look back and see how training is affecting competition performances, to explain the occasional injury, or make me realise why i was tired on a given day.

Earlier in the winter for example it helped me realise i seriously wasnt doing enough Long Runs. Similarly a few years ago, that was what made me realise the road running was bad for me knees.

Anyway, at least you're now logging the activity, which is something.
