I had a bad dog morning, sure take the fun out. I prefer cardio heart rate, not adrenaline heart rate. They can be scary. Add in my dog and it gets messy too, leashes everywhere!

Yeah, that would scare me even more! I've been staying indoors lately, at least during the week when it's dark.
