Thanks for the details! Not to make you too jealous, but I got out skiing yesterday for the first time all winter. It was so nice. You'll really like it next year when you're here in the winter. Skating really burns though.
I've been told skating is very good for cycling muscles, so I assume the reverse is also true.
Hmm, that might explain things as I don't cycle either. I didn't feel too bad this morning but every time I moved throughout the day it felt like something else was sore.
