eh well thats one way of putting it... and to be fair if i ran an O event in my back garden i'd beat the curragh folks... although my back garden is not very big so it would be rather pointless and there would need to be several map exchanges and maybe a drinks control....

Niall, you might have just invented the best birthday bbq-O race. Backgarden orienteering sounds like fun. How long would your course be?

OH My if you have a birthday Bbq-O race i'll be SOOO jealous!!!! My backyard isn't even big enough to hold on Trail-O control in it haha.

Em... i hate to point it out niall, but neither, Niamh, Hugh, Seamus or myself live on or near the curragh anymore!
Apart from last weekend i don't know when the last time i ran an o event/training there.

oh i'm not saying i didn't have an appalling series of mistakes but lets face it you have been on the curragh alot more than niall and are more familiar with it and its vegetation...
