dude you are worse than eric.... havent had an entry in months where you werent sick and or injured... maybe you ought to relax a little and take it a bit easier, recover, then push hard again, nice long training hours! when you say commute, is that to the school?

Hey there. It is my stomach that is causing problems. Will know on Monday if I am lactose intolerant or its something else. If it a dairy issue, I become vegan by default. If not, I have to go for further tests. I drink lots of water, because the problem is causing a bit of deydration.

You seem to have your share of injuries too. My extensor tendon is getting better. Just needed to give ruunning a rest for a few days. Ran today and it was fine.

On weekdays most commutes are to school and run errands, but biking is a popular form of transportation in Stockholm. I use it it go see friends, buy groceries, etc. When I record my commutes, I try to only record those that I really am training by biking.

I have SFI (Swedish for Immigrants) school until June 29, then we have a month semester (holiday) and then back in school on July 29. I have my National Language Test on August 21, so I am guessing I will be done a week after the test...unless I don't pass. That means 11 months of language. Then I have to retake the test a month later. If (and I hope I do) pass, I can start the real language SAS (Swedish as Second Language)learning in October. There I have 3 levels of schooling, get paid to go to school and take other Swedish education courses. So I am not really sure when I will be done, but I am guessing I will be completely finished in spring 2008. I am not sure how far I want to take education, but I do want to get the basics down so I at least have a 2nd language.
