Type: Adventure Racing - Local

After a brief drought-induced sabbatical, we've decided to bust out the topo maps, CP flags, and race jerseys to put on another incredible Bay Area adventure race in 2016!
The location: Henry Coe State Park. If you don't know Coe, it is remote, quite "hilly" and has very demanding terrain. Located in the Gilroy / Morgan Hill area, May is when the park usually starts to heat up. However, a steady dose of El Nino should result in favorable conditions with flowing streams, full lakes and ponds, and an abundance of wildflowers. Oh yeah, there will probably be some poison oak... but, we'll do our best to keep you out of that.
This 10-12 hour adventure racing event is going to include:
>> Navigation
>> On and off-trail running
>> Mountain Biking (lots of this... 60%+ // MTB course preview video)
>> Orienteering Section
Note: There is NO KAYAKING in this event.
