Cycling 1:25:00 [3]

Out to Bowling and back on a cool but pleasant morning in quiet traffic. A good recovery ride, largely due to the lack of hills.

Orienteering 41:40 [4]

Maprun course around Mosshead. First time using a map for many months, and longest / hardest run on tarmac for at least as long. Probably got a couple of the route choices wrong, possibly not helped by my printer's inability to make contours clearly legible. Thought I ought to log this as - to misquote SKWilson - if it isn't on AttackPoint it didn't happen.

Cycling 40:00 [3]

Out to Bearsden and back, the return journey in fading light.

Running 15:00 [1]

Jog from Bearsden station (where I'd parked the bike) up to the course start (interrupted by an unexpected meeting with Mirjam) and a weary hobble back after finishing.
