Note

A lot of this struck a chord (albeit not the part about doing 5km in 17 min!). Reading about how many trig points one can bag during lockdown can get a bit much at times...

Running 30:00 [2]

Up to Ruchill Park for a brief loop and back. Very slow pace - back and legs incredibly stiff from being hunched over a screen for days. Looking forward to next week when life will (hopefully) improve.
