Jog from home with Ted. Bit of a struggle at the start. Had sore thigh on Tuesday but ok today. Forgotten what it was like to sweat

same loop and same direction as yesterday. Same company. Go Ted. Struggled with it today. HR normal but slow

Monday Sep 14 #

Same loop as yesterday with the same company. Made it more exciting by going the other way around the loop. HR back to normal but still a bit slow
