Orienteering 55:00 [3] 4.8 km (11:27 / km)

Orienteering with Judy near Smythesdale. Still trying to avoid the March Flies. Seems to be less of them but they are getting bigger.

Tuesday Feb 21 #

5 PM

Mountain Bike 16:00 [3] 4.4 km (3:38 / km)

Started out on the MTB but at 4.4 km broke the derailer off. Tree across the track and going bush around it was not good.
6 PM

Running 32:00 [3] 4.4 km (7:16 / km)

Unfortunately the first 4.4 is down hill so jogged back pushing the bike. Quite hard in bike shoes and with the bike.

Sunday Feb 19 #

Orienteering 1:00:00 [3] 6.5 km (9:14 / km)

Hagaby in the same area as yesterday but a 1:7500 map. Still very easy to overshoot and miss controls. Actually did on one downhill control but only cost me a couple of minutes. This allowed Jenny to pass me and I never saw her again. Again slow and had to walk up the hills but spiked all bar 2 controls so agian finished higher than expected. Jensen Key did beat me by 18 min
