A bit tired all the way round and concentration wandering due the hectic last few days with the flight cancellations and lost baggage etc..

messed up first control. Got half way through the leg and couldnt remember if I'd punched the start. Needn't have bothered going back because there was no punch. Lost 5-10 minutes. Then on last control, went down the wrong reentrant.
still too much bracken to be very enjoyable. I'd mark it moderately enjoyable.
Aside from that just felt slow. On the flats, no leg turnover. On the downs? Too much holding back.

Lund to Sondra Sandby on the 10k cycle track cum run route. With every km depressingly painted on the path. Then back again.
Can't expect much quicker I guess.

Today I had schnitzel from Elisefarm golf klub. First animal I've eaten in a long long time. Don't miss it.
