So my watch did some funky stuff during this, saying that I got 2 new records from this run... fastest 1k in 12s and mile in 20... yeah, sure thing Garmin... Distance is approx.

Anyways, an easy paced line-o before the start of ARX with Nicole as a warmup. I always struggle in this area since it's pretty vague. Also, mud. Lots of it.

ARX memory training. Hilly interval loops where we had to memorize 2 CP circles from a course and come back and draw them on a blank map. I did about 2 loops back to back, 2 times, with one rest in between. The running wasn't super speedy, but the hill was steep and the ground was muddy, so it was a great full body workout.

At GN with the fam and Max! We were out for about an hour and a half, teaching the newbie how to ski and skiing the long lynx with Hammer. The fantastic conditions made for perfect spring skiing, in a tshirt!
