90+ minute run in Pocatello on the mostly dry single track. Went up City Creek trail to Sullivan to Up & Over to Cusick Creek Rd and back in. Starting elevation of 4800' and topped out at 6100' roughly. Amazing how different running on a mountain trail is from running on a road.

Easy out and back run with Stephanie a couple miles into the park on the entrance road and back. Still feel winded after 20 minutes or so but it gets better as the run progresses.
