Buck mtn race course. Stopped to look at a map for bit and had to creep around some horses. Legs felt tight but no major issues.

Barefoot, 2 laps at track. form felt incredible and no pangs of pain, discomfort lingers a bit. my feet got really hot for some reason i figured it was just nerves but i think the friction was it as I noted 3 blisters when I got back to the house. youch. with kt for all but the last lap where i cranked the turnover up a bit. we stuck around and did some good stretches afterwards on what was a very pleasant evening.

2 quick laps at bushie. no pangs of pain but some discomfort lingers. all in all pretty solid workout on a muggy hot afternoon. felt superb breathing-wise.

Post ART sesh run #2. One very mild pang of pain. felt better yet. ran with kt one lap and alone on second.

3 laps plus at bush park. post ART session in which doc told me to run and see what happens. couple pangs of pain when meniscus (sp?) stuck instead of sliding over bone but pain quickly subsided as it seem to be moving properly from loosening it up a bit. fitness felt good but I need to get moving again.

farm run. testing knee... slightly better, but still a bit off. hints of pain at 3 miles-ish. walk in.
