Upon reflection i think i should maybe take a few weeks off training. I shouldn't be feeling this weak a month and a half after initially getting sick. Clearly had undiagnosed pneumonia or something more serious than a simple cold. If i cut February that leaves a six week training period for varsity T&F. I think it's necessary to completely cut out alcohol/nights out too. I've been very careful of not being out in cold air etc but i think a complete cut-out is necessary.

Weak but not as weak. Don't think it does me any good to do more than 30 mins.
