Note

Upon reflection i think i should maybe take a few weeks off training.
I shouldn't be feeling this weak a month and a half after initially getting sick.
Clearly had undiagnosed pneumonia or something more serious than a simple cold.
If i cut February that leaves a six week training period for varsity T&F.
I think it's necessary to completely cut out alcohol/nights out too. I've been very careful of not being out in cold air etc but i think a complete cut-out is necessary.

Lungs felt a bit week which was very disappointing.
I'm hoping that it was down to an extended hangover from tuesday night to be honest.
Followed by some time in the steamroom.

Randomly with jq and ruadhan which was great.

Legs felt a bit flat. No bounce.
