Running 30:09 intensity: (3:43 @0) + (22 @1) + (7 @2) + (7:27 @3) + (18:30 @4) 2.93 mi (10:17 / mi) +17m 10:07 / mi

Yesterday, I could barely do stairs because my knees were so sore. But this morning I feel pretty good. Sometimes I think my easy pace is inversely related to the ambient temperature. And it was cold this morning, 10F. Maybe my subconscious drives me faster for warmth.

I went against my better judgement and decided to run some of the sidewalks. I payed for that choice with a fall.

Edit - You can actually see where I fell by looking at the pace data.

I went out to Crandall's Park this morning and saw JJ and Clint. I also met some of the Shinipsit Striders. It was a great morning and I was very glad to be at the event. Thanks Clint. I also got to try out my newly acquired microspikes. I was tipped off by Joe and PG to these. AP is good for that. The microspikes were very good, especially on the hills.

I forgot to check my watch and charge it last night, so it ran out of battery after two of the laps. I got the total distance from Clint.
