(sick) shoes: Roclite 285

With the stuffed up nose and a cough, I didn't want to go all out, so decided to turn the course into an interval session. So after a warmup to #3 I went hard for the even controls and jogged the odd. Makes splitbrowsers a bit mad looking!! Couple long legs, #14 & 22 were a bit long for this and my chest was starting to suffer, but in the end I wasn't doing any spluttering, so it was a success in managing the cold and getting an interesting run.

NI Champs, Runny nose and a cough, but decided that it wouldn't do harm to jog/walk around. Still messed up #2 by getting distracted by rogue hill while en route and at #6 where similar crag to control site about 150m away was not mapped. Knew it was too high but still checked it. Had passed just above the crag and didn't see kite below.
Really enjoyable and would loved to have galloped around the course. Would also have liked extra controls in technical area during long leg between #6 & #7

Cold lingering on. Best I can hope for NI champs is to accompany Zoe and walk/jog around
