Cyclocross (Long Mynd Tour) 2:28:34 [3] 40.52 km (3:40 / km) +1240m 3:11 / km

Back to the Mynd for the first time in aaages. Ticking off three juicy climbs and descents. Legs pretty ruined from Friday/Saturday but they eased into it. One fall on the western descent to keep it real but got some props from mountain bikers in Minton Batch. Unfortunatly had to stop on the double double (Astwood Bank) to let some cars reverse.
